Damaged or Defective Items If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us at hello@novaseccosoda.ca within 5 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and photos of the issue and we will make it right.
Requests submitted after this 5-day window will not be eligible for a replacement or refund.
