Shipping policy
Where we ship
We ship across Canada from our facility in Halifax, Nova Scotia. We do not currently ship outside of Canada.
Free shipping
- Quebec, Ontario and Atlantic Canada (New Brunswick, Newfoundland and Labrador, Nova Scotia, Prince Edward Island): free on orders of $70 and up.
- Western Canada (Alberta, British Columbia, Manitoba, Saskatchewan): free on orders of $130 and up.
- Northwest Territories, Nunavut and Yukon: carrier rates apply on all orders.
Free shipping is applied automatically at checkout when your order qualifies. No code is needed.
Delivery times
Free shipping arrives in 3 to 5 business days. Paid carrier options typically arrive in 2 to 3 business days. These estimates include the time we need to pick and pack your order in Halifax.
The delivery estimate for your address is shown at checkout, next to each shipping option, before you pay.
Shipping rates
If your order is below the free shipping threshold, live carrier rates are shown at checkout and you choose the option you prefer. We work with UPS, Purolator, Canpar and FedEx. Rates vary by destination, order weight and the carrier you select.
Tracking
You will receive a shipping confirmation by email with tracking information as soon as your order leaves our facility.
Delays
Delivery times are estimates provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier or by events outside our control. If your order has not arrived within the estimated window, write to us at hello@novaseccosoda.ca and we will follow up with the carrier.
Damaged orders
If your order arrives damaged, contact us at hello@novaseccosoda.ca within 5 days of receiving it, with your order number and photos. See our Return and refund policy for full details.
